In-store exchange is only available for products supplied by Beymen (The seller information of the product can be viewed on Cart page).

Refund:After your return arrives at the relevant warehouse, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 3 business days. Once your refund is issued by Beymenbeautystudio.com, you will receive an email confirmation. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank’s processing time.
