THE ONE BEAUTY REWARDS
1. How can I join Beymen Beauty Studio’s special customer program The One Beauty Rewards?
As of XX date, when the total of your cosmetic purchases in the last 12 months exceeds the spending threshold required for membership, you will be automatically included in the program.
In addition, within The One program:
- • If you are a VIP or Platinum member → You will enter The One Beauty Rewards program at the BLACK segment.
- • If you are a Gold member → You will enter The One Beauty Rewards program at the PINK segment.
2. What purchases qualify me for The One Beauty Rewards membership or to upgrade my membership segment?
With your cosmetic purchases made at Beymen Beauty Studio stores, Beymen stores, and on Beymenbeautystudio.com, and Beymen.com, you may qualify for The One Beauty Rewards membership or be upgraded to a higher segment.
3. Can I continue to use my The One points in cosmetic purchases?
Yes, you can. However, according to the program conditions, your cosmetic purchases will no longer earn The One points.
4. When is my membership segment updated and how can I move up to a higher segment?
The One Beauty membership activation occurs one day after the invoice of your cosmetic purchase is issued. Segment transitions are evaluated based on your cosmetic spending. When you exceed the spending threshold for the relevant segment, your membership segment is automatically upgraded. Membership segment retention is reviewed every January based on your cosmetic purchases made in the relevant calendar year.
5. How can I retain my membership segment?
By making cosmetic purchases equal to the retention limit of your membership segment in the relevant calendar year, you will retain your membership rights. Evaluations are made every January based on your cosmetic purchases from the previous year.
6. If I drop a segment, can I move back up?
Yes. When your total cosmetic spending exceeds the threshold for a higher segment, your membership segment will automatically be upgraded.
7. What is the Welcome Discount and how can I benefit from it?
When you qualify for membership and join The One Beauty Rewards program or move up to a higher segment, a single use “Welcome Discount” valid for 12 months is added to your Beymenbeautystudio.com or Beymen.com account. The Welcome Discount is not valid for skincare service packages and cannot be reissued in case of returns.
8. How can I earn the 10% or 15% discount vouchers?
When your total cosmetic spending reaches TRY 15,000, your discount voucher will be automatically added to your account. For every additional TRY 15,000 spent on cosmetics, you will earn a new discount voucher. Your discount voucher is not valid for skincare service packages and cannot be reissued in case of returns.
9. What is the Complimentary Skincare Service and how can I benefit from it?
When you enter the BLACK or PINK segments, one complimentary skincare service is added to your membership. If you do not use this privilege within 3 months, it expires. For each year you retain your membership segment, you become entitled to a new complimentary skincare service. To benefit, you must make a reservation through Beymenbeautystudio.com.
10. What is the Complimentary Makeup Service and how can I benefit from it?
When you enter the BLACK segment, one complimentary makeup application is added to your membership. If you do not use this privilege within 3 months, it expires. For each year you retain your membership segment, you become entitled to a new complimentary makeup application. To benefit, you must make a reservation through Beymenbeautystudio.com.
11. How can I receive my Birthday Gift?
You can collect your gift during your birth month from the designated Beymen and Beymen Beauty Studio stores. In order to benefit from this privilege, your date of birth must be registered in our system.
12. Within what period should I use my privileges for Bardot restaurant?
The privileges defined to your membership for Bardot restaurant are valid for 6 months, and any rights not used within this period will expire.
13. How can I receive my Bardot restaurant discount codes?
When you enter the relevant The One Beauty Rewards membership segment, your special discount codes will be sent to you via SMS and email.
14. I lost my discount code, can I receive it again?
Yes, you may call Beymen Customer Relations Line at 444 4 715 or send an email to bbsdestek@beymen.com to request your discount code again.
15. How can I use my discount rights in online shopping?
Your discount vouchers are defined in your Beymenbeautystudio.com and Beymen.com accounts. If you do not have a membership, you can create one using your registered details from our stores.
PAYMENT
1. How can I make a payment? What are my payment options?
For your purchases on Beymenbeautystudio.com:

- b. You can pay with debit cards and ATM cards.
- c. You can pay with BKM Express.
Please note that credit cards issued by foreign banks are not accepted.
2. Can I pay at the door when receiving the products?
We do not yet accept orders with the cash-on-delivery payment option.

Yes, you can. However, according to the program conditions, your cosmetic purchases will no longer earn The One points.

5. How can I use campaign and discount coupon codes?
On the Cart page, enter your campaign coupon code into the “Coupon Code” field on the order summary screen, and click “Apply”. The coupon code must be applicable to the items in your basket in order to benefit from the campaign. Before completing your payment, please check whether the coupon discount is reflected in the order summary.
6. Can I pay with a Gift Card or Treasure Card purchased from Beymen Beauty Studio or Beymen?

SECURITY

When making a payment, your credit card details are encrypted with 128-bit SSL and automatically transmitted to the bank where the payment transaction is processed, and authorization is obtained. During this process, your details are only sent to the bank and are not stored by Beymen Retail and Textile Investments Inc.

CLICK & COLLECT
1. What is Click & Collect?
With our Click & Collect service, you can collect your online order from one of our Beymen Beauty Studio or Beymen stores of your choice. When placing your order, simply select your preferred store as the delivery address.
2. For which products is the Click & Collect service valid?
The Click & Collect service only covers products where the seller is Beymen or Beymen Beauty Studio. This information can be verified by checking the “Seller” details on the Cart page. Products delivered by our strategic business partners are not eligible for Click & Collect.
3. At which stores is the Click & Collect service available?

4. Is there a charge for the Click & Collect service?
No, you can use the Click & Collect service free of charge.
5. What should I do to collect my order from the store?
When placing your order, go to the delivery address selection step on the payment page, click “Click & Collect”, and choose your preferred store from the “Select Store” list.
6. When will my order reach the store?
Products you purchased from Beymenbeautystudio.com are dispatched within 1–4 business days. Delivery of the product to the store by the courier will also be completed within 2 business days at the latest.
7. How can I collect my order from the store?
You can collect your online order from the Click & Collect service points in our stores by presenting your order number and your ID.
8. When should I go to the store to collect my order?
a. When your order arrives at our store, you will be notified via email and SMS sent to your registered contact details.
b. Additionally, you can track the current delivery status of your orders from the My Orders section in your membership account.
9. How many days will my order be kept in the store?
Products not collected within 7 business days without notification will be returned to our internet warehouse.
10. Can I request gift wrapping for my products when collecting them from the store?
With Click & Collect, your orders are delivered in a shipping package. However, if you wish, you may open the package and have your products gift-wrapped in the store.
11. If the product in my order is damaged, how will the exchange be made?
When collecting your order, if you open the package to check it and notice any damage before leaving the store, the product will be exchanged at our store.
DELIVERY
1. What are the product supply conditions?
The products sold on Beymenbeautystudio.com are limited to store stock. After you place your online order, the stock availability in the stores is checked. If a product is out of stock and cannot be supplied, you will be notified via email and SMS, and your payment will be refunded.
2. What is the delivery time?
Products purchased from Beymenbeautystudio.com are dispatched within 1–4 business days. The estimated delivery time for shipments within Istanbul is 1 business day, while the estimated delivery time for shipments outside Istanbul varies between 1 and 4 business days. The courier company delivers your order to the address you specified between 09:00 and 18:00 on business days.
3. Will I have to pay a shipping fee when receiving the product I purchased?
For orders placed on Beymenbeautystudio.com; the delivery of your orders of TRY 2,000 and above is made free of charge. For orders under TRY 2,000, the shipping fee is TRY 59.
4. Which courier company will deliver my order?
Your Beymenbeautystudio.com orders are delivered through the courier companies we have agreements with: Yurtiçi Kargo, HepsiJet, and Bir Günde Kargo.
5. Do you deliver everywhere in Turkey?
Our distribution network is limited to the coverage of our contracted couriers Yurtiçi Kargo, HepsiJet, and Bir Günde Kargo. As of this date, deliveries to the majority of locations within Turkey are handled by our contracted courier companies.
6. What should I do if my order could not be delivered to me?
The estimated delivery time for orders with Istanbul addresses is 1 business day, while for orders outside Istanbul it is between 1 and 4 business days. If you are not available at your address on the delivery day, a notice will be left at your door by the courier, and your package will be delivered to the courier’s distribution office. If your package is not collected from the distribution office within 3 business days, it will be returned to the warehouse of Beymenbeautystudio.com or to the warehouse of our strategic business partners. For the products delivered from Beymen Beauty Studio or Beymen, you will be contacted and after making the necessary arrangements, your products can be sent to you again. If you cannot be reached again, or if your order contains products from our strategic business partners, your order will be canceled, and your payment will be refunded using the original payment method.
7. What should I pay attention to during delivery?
When your package is delivered; if there is crushing, deformation, wetness, or any condition that could damage the product, open the package together with the courier and check the condition of the items. Your product should be inside a protective package within the box. If the protective package is open or if the product is damaged, do not accept the product and ask the courier to prepare a report. Products for which a report has been prepared will be returned to Beymenbeautystudio.com by the courier and the exchange of the products will be made.
ORDER CANCELLATION
1. Can I cancel the order I placed on Beymenbeautystudio.com?
If your order has not yet been handed over to the courier, you can cancel it from My Account > https://www.beymenbeautystudio.com/tr/customer or from https://www.beymenbeautystudio.com/tr/customer/ordertracking.
Additionally, you may send your cancellation request by email to bbsdestek@beymen.com or call Beymen Customer Relations Line at 444 4 715 between 09:00–18:00, 7 days a week.
Once your cancellation request is approved, if the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued to your card. Installment payments will be refunded in installments in accordance with bank procedures. As refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, you may follow up your refund directly with your bank.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. Can I return the products I purchased from Beymenbeautystudio.com?
Your satisfaction as a valued customer is always our priority. If you would like to return your product, we will be happy to assist you as quickly as possible under the following conditions:
- • You may return your products within 30 days of the invoice date, provided that the protective package and seal are unopened, the labels have not been removed, the product is unused, and in resalable condition with all accessories included. Returns that do not comply with these conditions cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you with payment on delivery. For this reason, we recommend checking your products upon delivery without damaging the product or labels.
- • You may send your returns free of charge with Yurtiçi Kargo.
- • When your return shipment reaches us, you will be notified via email. After the compliance of the products with the return conditions is confirmed, the refund for approved return requests will be forwarded to your bank within 3 business days. Your refund will be processed by your bank in accordance with your payment method; installment purchases are refunded in installments. You can follow up on the refund process with your bank.

8. How will the refund be processed if I return a product purchased in installments?
If you paid using the installment option, the refund will be made to your card by your bank in installments.
9. Can I exchange the product I purchased from Beymenbeautystudio.com?
Yes, if you would like to exchange the product purchased from Beymenbeautystudio.com, that has an unopened protective package and has not been altered through our personalization services, we will be pleased to assist you under the following conditions:
- • You may exchange your Beymen Beauty Studio products that comply with return and exchange conditions at all Beymen Beauty Studio stores or selected Beymen stores within 30 days from the invoice date, together with your invoice.
- • Exchanges can only be made at Beymen Beauty Studio and Beymen stores. Exchanges for Beymenbeautystudio.com products cannot be made in our boutique stores.
- • For products you return, you may receive a Refund Product Card, which can be used indefinitely with your ID at all Beymen Beauty Studio stores, Beymen stores, and on Beymenbeautystudio.com and Beymen.com.
- • Specifically for your online orders, please note that only product exchanges can be made in our stores; refunds cannot be processed in-store.

- • For gift product exchanges, you must present your Gift Exchange Card. Please note that refunds cannot be made for gift exchanges.

- • Apart from returns and exchanges, your legal rights regarding defective products that do not meet the stated qualities remain reserved.
10. How long will the refund be made after the return process?
Refunds for approved returns are forwarded to your bank within 3 business days to be refunded to the card you used for payment, and refunds are processed according to the payment method you used when purchasing the product. Refunds for products purchased in installments are made in installments, following bank procedures. The average time for refunds to appear on credit cards is 1–3 business days, while this period may be longer for debit cards.
