• Download the FOREO For You app. Enable Bluetooth and sync the device with the app.
• Cleanse your face with an oil-free cleanser, remove make-up, oils and impurities.
• Apply a thin layer of FOREO's conductive serum for a safe and effective treatment.
• Select your preset routine and microcurrent intensity via the app or manually using the universal button.
• Slide BEAR™ 2 across your skin for 2 minutes on desired areas. Once the routine is complete, the device will turn off.
• Continue your regular skin care routine.
