How to Use: Refrigerate the device for 20-30 minutes for cold massage
For a hot massage, immerse it in water at a temperature of 40°C for 5-10 minutes

Jawline: Turn the device sideways and gently slide it outward, following the jawline
Then move up to the crease of the nose and slide the device up and out towards the ear

Forehead: Slide from the temple to the hairline
